Documents for requesting permission to construct, modify, or demolish a building are as follows:
1. Copy of documents showing ownership of the building
2. Letter of representation of the building owner
3. Letter showing that you are a manager or representative (In the case where a legal entity is the person requesting permission)
4. Area map, plan and report accompanying the plan, 1 set.
5. Calculation list 1 set (In the case of public buildings, special buildings, or buildings constructed mostly of permanent and fire-resistant materials)
6. Building demolition section, 1 set (In the case of public buildings, special buildings, or buildings constructed mostly of permanent and fire-resistant materials)
7.Certificate of the building designer or building designer and calculator and a copy of license to be a controlled architecture professional or controlled engineering professional. (In the case where the building has characteristics or dimensions that are classified as a controlled architecture profession or a controlled engineering profession according to the law on that matter, as the case may be)
8. Letter of consent from the supervisor and a copy of license to practice controlled architecture or controlled engineering. (In the case where the building deals with that matter, as the case may be, and wishes to submit it along with this request for permission)
9.Certificate of permission to be a controlled architecture professional or a controlled engineering professional. Issued by the architect or the Council of Engineers, as the case may be.
